Plain language, not legal advice. This page says what data we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
- From caterers: name, business name, email, phone (optional), menu and prices, settings, and branding you add.
- From guests: name, email, phone (optional), event date, headcount, menu choice, and notes they type into a quote form.
- From payments: Stripe handles card details. We never see or store card numbers.
Why we collect it
To run the service: show the quote form, work out the price, send inquiry emails to the caterer and confirmation emails to the guest, and keep the dashboard working. Nothing else.
Emails
We send inquiry emails, confirmations, welcome emails, dashboard link reminders, and follow-up nudges about unanswered inquiries. We do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.
What we never do
We do not sell your data or your guests' data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for anything outside this service.
Cookies
The site uses a small session cookie to keep forms secure (CSRF protection) and to keep the owner logged in to the admin. No tracking cookies.
How long data is kept
Your data stays while your account is active. If you cancel, your quote form is turned off but your data is kept, so your form can be turned back on if you resubscribe. Ask us to delete your data and we will.
